CINCINNATI (March 19, 2025) — United Way of Greater Cincinnati is pleased to recognize our area’s generous Workplaces That Care®. Companies were announced Tuesday night during United We Celebrate, a special event hosted by United Way at TQL Stadium. Workplaces That Care® selections are based on their dedication to empowering employees to get involved, volunteer and give back to our community.

Together, we were able to serve 330,000 neighbors across United Way’s nine-county service area last year. We invested more than $37 million in our community and worked alongside 8,000 volunteers and hundreds of local organizations to help families in Greater Cincinnati.
“Our community’s well-being is a shared responsibility, and it’s inspiring to see so many workplaces supporting our mission,” said Moira Weir, United Way of Greater Cincinnati President and CEO. “Thanks to these partnerships, we’re able to adapt, diversify and strengthen our connections in the community, expanding our reach to serve even more individuals and families throughout the region.”
Workplaces That Care® highlights United Way’s Top 25 and Tremendous 25 corporate campaigns — those with the highest total giving and those with the highest per-capita giving, respectively — along with new businesses that recently joined our mission of building a thriving community.
United Way also honors workplaces for their volunteerism; partners who’ve logged the most per-capita volunteer hours in respective size categories are recognized with our Changemakers Awards. Changemakers winners include a grassroots nonprofit organization that has demonstrated innovative ways to uplift its community and neighbors.
