The Black Empowerment Works program, led by United Way of Greater Cincinnati in partnership with bi3 and P&G Always brand, is seeking applicants for its fourth round of funding.
Duke Energy is contributing $150,000 for the initiative, with United Way generously matching those amounts, to provide direct relief to 1,000 Northern Kentucky families in need.
