Dear United Way friends,
This is National Volunteer Week. Volunteers fuel United Way and our community. Thousands in Greater Cincinnati volunteer every year to support their neighbors.
United Way of Greater Cincinnati is launching a new program to recognize organizations and corporate groups giving back to our community. We invite volunteers to participate in our 2022 Greater Cincinnati Changemakers Awards.
We will honor four organizations for their volunteer power and the positive impact it creates in our community. To participate or find out more, please visit UWGC.org/Changemakers. We will recognize the winners during a volunteer activity and celebration on National Make a Difference Day on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022.
We will also recognize one grassroots nonprofit organization that is flipping the script on what it means to lift up their community and neighbors. United Way will identify the inaugural award recipient in this category in 2022.
