United, We Can
Building a strong community where all people can thrive depends on your generous support.
CINCINNATI, Ohio (October 4, 2021) — The strength and commitment of volunteers power the work we do in the community. Using their time, talent and treasure, they help us bring resources to more families and make our community stronger. This time of year, we’re especially grateful for the support of volunteers who have stepped up to #LiveUnited.
- On Sept. 22, Fifth Third employees assembled kits during their 2021 United Way Impact Fair. The kits, which are being distributed through our partnership with The Heights Movement in Lincoln Heights, included healthy snacks and home care kits for Lincoln Heights residents.
- On Sept. 24, more than 20 volunteers from Michelman assembled literacy kits for our Kits for Success program. The kits will be distributed to 3-and-4-year-old patients and their families visiting Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Hamilton County neighborhood and school-based health clinics.
- On Sept. 24, a group of more than 50 volunteers from Fund Evaluation Group, GE and P&G worked with community members in Lincoln Heights to support critical projects in the village that will provide beneficial resources for residents.
