What happens when a network of committed partners stays focused on long-term stability — even amid new pressures and evolving needs?
Real progress.
Our 2025 Impact
In 2025, because of your partnership, more families found pathways to stable housing. More parents strengthened their financial footing. More children gained access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive. These outcomes didn’t happen by chance — they reflect a community aligned around what works and willing to build on it.
Each of you plays a different and essential role in our region’s system of care. When we stay connected, share what we’re learning and strengthen what already exists, the solutions become more durable — and the impact more lasting.
Our 2025 Impact Report offers a closer look at what we achieved together — and what becomes possible when we move forward with purpose, united in our commitment to families today and for the future.

Collaborative Corner
Building Stronger Classrooms Through Collective Learning
Strengthening outcomes for young children requires shared ownership, reflection and alignment. The Head Start Innovation Fund is centered on collective learning and forward planning. Quarterly convenings bring together participating Head Start providers, United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the Consortium for Resilient Young Children to learn from each other and strengthen the work we are doing together. By creating regular space to connect, we can build stronger relationships across agencies, reinforce best practices and keep moving toward improving kindergarten readiness for the children we serve.
The next convening will focus on collective reflection and sustainability. Participants will share feedback on how the learning has been activated, reflect on what worked and identify opportunities to strengthen and sustain these practices. By centering the voices and experiences of group members, the convening will help ensure insights gained through this work translate into meaningful improvements for children, families and educators.
“I have seen a shift in the way the teachers react to me when I come in, this is proof that staff learn from people they have relationships with. “
– Resilient Children and Families Program Coach
“Our staff is more confident, and the children are able to participate in both independent and teacher-led activities for longer periods of time. “
– Adams and Brown Community Action Partnership leadership team
