United Way Emerging Leaders’ Society (ELS) is designed for young professionals who want to engage with the community to make it the best place to live for all our children and their families. ELS and its members support United Way’s focus on the building blocks for a better life - Education, Income, and Health - to create a brighter future for all in our community.

Emerging Leaders are individuals who want to make a real difference in our community. United Way offers this dynamic group of young professionals opportunities to get involved in the community, volunteer, grow professionally, network, and gain skills that will help them become community leaders in Greater Cincinnati.
