CINCINNATI (July 1, 2025) – United Way of Greater Cincinnati is pleased to welcome Todd Best (Deloitte), Deborah Hayes (The Christ Hospital Health Network), Monica Posey (Cincinnati State Technical and Community College), Tiffany Sieve (Paychex) and Tim Steigerwald (Messer Construction Co.) to the organization’s volunteer leadership board. It’s a return for Hayes and Posey, who both served previously.
United Way’s board is led by chair Brian Hodgett, Vice President, Ohio Community Relations, Procter & Gamble. Board members help shape the organization’s impact and investment strategies.
