United Way harnesses the collective power of resources to achieve results no one of our partners can achieve on its own.
We work with agencies and families, helping them achieve economic well-being, opening up educational opportunities, providing access to health care and bringing relief in times of crisis. We repair and build stronger foundations that address pervasive, systemic gaps for people in our community and, at the same time, tackle immediate needs for those impacted by personal disasters and misfortune, like the COVID-19 pandemic.
By working with social service agencies, governmental agencies, community leaders, donors and more, we wrap our community in unending support.
Backed by the power of generous donors, hardworking agency teams and solution-seeking community advocates, United Way demonstrates that we can accomplish more when we LIVE UNITED.
Beginning July 2022, we devised a data-driven initiative based on community feedback to create systemic change by uniting our funded partners into six groups or "Systems Change Portfolios." Our goal is for these partners to work together to create true change in our community so fewer families need help in the future.Â
