For many of our neighbors, United Way 211 is a lifeline.

Hi, I was just wondering if there was any type of rental assistance or utility assistance?

Requests for help come in every day, at any hour of the day. Over the course of a year, the helpline fields more than 50,000 pleas for assistance from people in seven counties in Southwest Ohio and four in Northern Kentucky.

Resource navigators have access to a database that is constantly being updated. It comprises approximately 1,200 agencies and organizations that provide more than 6,500 services for community members. Anyone can search the database online at uwgc211.org.

“211 is a big part of our community,” said Tae’auna, a resource navigator. “Our callers hopefully know that they can lean on us, and we’re there to support them.”
