MAKE AN IMPACT

WORKPLACES THAT CARE®

United Way of Greater Cincinnati gratefully recognizes and celebrates the generosity of local workplaces and their employees, as well as organizations and corporate groups that volunteer in our community.

WORKPLACES & ORGANIZATIONS

These workplaces empower their employees to give back, volunteer and build a thriving community.

Together in 2025, we invested $40.3 million in our community and mobilized more than 9,000 volunteers to promote Educational Success, Financial Empowerment and Housing Security throughout the region.

Workplaces That Care® highlights United Way’s Top 25 and Tremendous 25 corporate campaigns — those with the highest total giving and those with highest per-capita giving, respectively — in addition to workplaces committed to volunteerism and new businesses that joined us in our mission to build a thriving community for all.

2025 TOP 25

Our Top 25 partners with the highest giving totals fuel United Way’s impact work through employee and corporate charitable investments. These businesses serve as role models by creating a culture of caring among their employees, leading the way by empowering and encouraging employees to engage, volunteer and contribute to the community.

“At GE Aerospace, one part of our purpose is to lift people up — not only through flight but also in the communities where we live and work — through volunteerism and charitable giving. Our employees are passionate about making a positive impact in our communities, and the United Way of Greater Cincinnati is a great partner in our efforts, helping us identify and meet the greatest needs in our community. When businesses, large and small, collaborate on a shared goal as they do for United Way of Greater Cincinnati, it amplifies the impact.”

At First Commonwealth Bank, our mission is to improve the financial lives of our neighbors and their businesses. Supporting United Way aligns perfectly with that mission, allowing our team to make a meaningful difference beyond banking. As we embrace this year’s ‘Make It Happen’ campaign and look ahead to all we have planned for 2026, we remain focused on turning commitment into action, strengthening families, expanding opportunity, and building brighter futures together.

We are excited to welcome new businesses to our supporter community every year. Celebrating them is vitally important, as much of our community impact work happens because of corporate supporters who embrace United Way as part of their company culture and provide sustainable, steady resources to fund our work.

Thank you to our new businesses in 2025:

The WOW Award honors a corporate partner for going above and beyond in their commitment to helping neighbors thrive. This year, we recognize Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and the University of Cincinnati.

Whether it’s through their workplace or another organization, thousands of people in our community volunteer their time to make their neighbors’ lives better. We celebrate their contributions each year through the Workplace Volunteering Award, which honors groups with the highest per-capita volunteer hours and impact in various categories.
