United Way Day of Action

On and around June 21, tens of thousands of people across the globe volunteer with United Way to fight for the health, education and financial stability of every person in every community.

Together, we created 300 “Welcome Home” kits on Saturday, June 23. Each one is filled with items requested by families in United Way supported programs who are moving into new homes or just sprucing up the place they live right now. It’s our way of making home feel like a true happy place. Many thanks to our sponsor, EY, and to these organizations for their donations and support: AAA Club Alliance, Inc., The Cincinnati AFL-CIO, The Kroger Co., Laborers Local 265, Meijer, The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, Sam’s Club, Standard Textile, and Q Laboratories.
