Hamilton County Nonprofit Relief Program

United Way of Greater Cincinnati is administering a grant program for Hamilton County, Ohio, through the county’s ARP/SLFRF funding.

About the program

The Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners is allocating American Rescue Plan funds for a new round of nonprofit grants administered by United Way of Greater Cincinnati. Nonprofit organizations providing social and family services in Hamilton County, Ohio, within the eligible categories, can apply for funds.

For this second round of funding, qualified organizations must have annual revenue of $500,000 or less and provide eligible services to residents who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19.

All interested nonprofits must complete an INTEREST & ELIGIBILITY FORM by July 8, 2022.

  • Friday, July 8, 2022 @ 5 p.m.: INTEREST & ELIGIBILITY FORM DUE
  • July 7-12: Agencies will be sent a formal invitation to apply
  • Wednesday, July 13, 2022: Application opens in online system (eCimpact)
  • Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022: APPLICATIONS DUE
  • September 2022: Funding awards announced
  • Friday, March 31, 2023: Grant period ends

    • This form will be required for applicant organizations. Its purpose is to help ensure that the federal funding Hamilton County has received via the American Rescue Plan Act and does not violate The Stafford Act or other rules and regulations regarding supplanting of funds and duplication of benefits.
    • Additionally, this form will also help ensure that your nonprofit organization is practicing good financial controls and adhering to financial guidelines set by the federal government and by Hamilton County.
