We are ready to hear from you. Ipsos, a leading market research company, prepared an online survey to gather your opinions about our community. This survey is your opportunity to share your perspective around community challenges, assets and how we work together to improve our community.

Your voice is an important part of our work. By sharing what you know about the strengths and weaknesses in our community, you help us determine where to invest funding, creating the most impactful solutions for all families.

We are focused on systemic change. The immediate, urgent needs of our community are still important, but we are committed to listening to those closest to the issues, focusing on removing the biggest barriers and strengthening our community.

This survey is only available for a limited time and it should only take about 10 minutes to complete. We encourage you to share this link with family, friends, colleagues and neighbors so everyone's voice is heard.
