In Year 2 of The Shift, three teams of skilled volunteers helped move three innovative concepts forward. The concepts are focused on issues important to United Way's work to create opportunities for everyone to thrive, and to support children, families and individuals experiencing poverty.
United Way of Greater Cincinnati is dedicating 80 percent of the funds it invests in initiatives and agency partner programs to help children and families move out of poverty, with an ambitious new goal of helping 10,000 families across the region move out of poverty in the next four years.
