Make plans to spend your lunch break with United Way on August 24, and join us for kickoff of the 2016 community campaign at 11:30 a.m. on Fountain Square in Downtown Cincinnati. We will announce our community goal for 2016 and celebrate the difference we make together in our community!
This year’s campaign is chaired by Ted Torbeck, president and chief executive officer of Cincinnati Bell.
“Giving back is central to Cincinnati Bell’s culture. We are proud to be leading this campaign that makes such a critical difference for our neighbors and communities,” Torbeck said.
The kickoff festivities include…
- Live music by Airwave
- Special appearances by local sports mascots
- Photo booth
- Food trucks from Renegade Street Eats, Hungry Bros, Wicked Hickory, Empanadas Aqui, Red Sesame, and Andy’s Mediterranean
- Recognition of Pacesetter Campaigns
- Official announcement of the 2016 United Way Campaign goal at approximately 12:30 p.m.
