Our Leadership
Governance:
We are governed by a Board of Directors made up of community representatives from all walks of life who set policies and develop strategic plans.

Our Executive Team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of UWGC. They manage areas such as Marketing, Resource Development, Finance, and Public Policy, heading up dedicated teams whose focus is to build the country's most successful United Way.
In addition, more than 20,000 volunteers serve on committees and help set priorities, budget funds, evaluate outcomes, supervise audits, and raise money.
