United Way, Strive Receive $2 Million Social Innovation Grant

United Way of Greater Cincinnati and The Strive Partnership have been awarded a $2 million Social Innovation Fund grant in support of the organizations' collaborative efforts to address economic opportunities, youth development and school support. The federal grant was distributed to eleven organizations by The Corporation for National and Community Services. Read more.

$2 Million Match Gets Campaign off to Fast Start

United Way of Greater Cincinnati has announced a $2 million broaden the base challenge match for the coming 2010 campaign, supporting the goal of 20,000 new donors. "Leading United Way supporters have joined up to help grow this year's campaign and draw new donors to the effort, as well as encourage current contributors to step up to make a bigger impact," says campaign chair Dave Dougherty.
