Dover Fluid Management
Thank you to the 110 volunteers from 12 states and 10 countries representing Dover Fluid Management. Volunteers completed 25 different Community Care Days projects in 5 hours to support Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, a United Way Agency Partner. Projects included pouring a sidewalk, building a bridge and installing a handicap button to help give individuals in wheelchairs a greater independence when visiting the facility. United Way works every day to advance the common good by focusing on the building blocks for a better life – Education, Income and Health. Making sure individuals in our region live healthy, quality lives and achieve maximum independence is a great example of what it means to LIVE UNITED!
Local companies participating in this effort include OPW, OPW Fluid Transfer Group, and Hydro Systems. The value contributed to this project through time and materials was more than $19,000.
